They are using your money to make money for themselves. Instead of sharing with you the scammers build up a huge sum of cash, and then just vanish. They can do this as they are all offshore. By visiting HYIP forums then you will see who has been around for a long time and who is paying on time. You will also find out that you can be restricted to when and how much money you can withdraw, and a good HYIP forum will point you gently in the direction of the minority who are genuine companies who are most likely to pay you when you want your money.
